Dapper New Alfa
Dedicated Alfa racer Alastair Iles has entrusted his 147 GTA to BTB in the search for more performance and less weight for the brawny little hatch. It was nice to meet someone brave enough to prepare one of the new style of high tech Alfa Romeos; the standard of preparation certainly does justice to the historic Italian marque. BTB’s new exhaust saved 10 kilos and the car now emits an even more glorious sound from its 3.2 V6. A trip to a rolling road is planned next to see how much more power has been released. We wish Alastair well in his quest for victory in the ultra competitive Alfa Romeo Championship.
